Delivery Details

• The delivery charge is HK$30 per order

• Delivery Time : 3-5 working days

• Your order will be delivered by S.F. Express or Pick up Logistics Service to the address that you filled out on the checkout page.

• Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a “Shipment Confirmation Email” with waybill number of your order. You can check the shipment status by entering the waybill number on corresponding logistics' website. If you need to select the specify delivery time, please contact the logistic company by yourself.

 

Return Policy

 

   We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if the quality of our goods isn’t quite right; please contact us at whatspp 69947953 within 3 working days after received to request return and exchange the same item. Only goods with our return confirmation code will be process.  Please note that goods can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging. We will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost and Good sold is not refundable.
